The Annual Town Election will be held on April 8. Nomination papers for Town Offices that will appear on the ballot will be available in the Town Clerk’s Office on Monday, January 2, 2006. Registered voters can obtain nomination papers for the following positions: Town Clerk, Selectman, Assessor, 2 positions for School Committee, Housing Authority for a 5 year term, Housing Authority for a 3 year term to fill a vacancy, Housing Authority for a two year term to fill a vacancy, Housing Authority for a 1 year term to fill a vacancy, two
positions for Library Trustee, Board of Health for 3 years, Board of Health for 1 year to fill a vacancy, Highway Surveyor, Park Commissioner, Water Commissioner and 2 positions for Planning Board. The last day to obtain nomination papers is Friday, February 17, 2006 and the last day to submit nomination papers is Tuesday, February 21.
