NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The East Bridgewater Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the new conference room on the second floor of the Town Office Building, 175 Central Street, East Bridgewater, MA to act on the application of Adam Holmes. APPLICANT is requesting a VARIANCE for the PROPERTY located at 714 Pond Street and shown as Plan 6 Block 29 on the East Bridgewater Assessor’s Maps.
The VARIANCE is being sought under SECTION 6.A. of the ZONING BY-LAW of the TOWN of EAST BRIDGEWATER; entitled LOCATION. The APPLICANT seeks permission to construct a 13’ X 24’ deck on the rear of the existing structure. PROPERTY is owned by Adam Holmes and is located in a R-1 (Residence 1) Zoning District under the Zoning By-Law.
The Application is on file at the Town Office Building and is available for examination and review at the office of the Planning/Building Department by contacting the Clerk of the Zoning Board of Appeals at (508) 378-1608.
