HINI FLU CLINIC
MONDAY, JANUARY 18, 2010 (MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DAY)
EAST BRIDGEWATER HIGH SCHOOL
The East Bridgewater Board of Health will hold an HINI Flu Clinic on Monday, January 18, 2010 at the High School. From 1:00 p.m. -2:30 p.m. immunizations will be given to residents who are school age children ages 3 and up and adults up to age 64 with Chronic Health Conditions that put them at high risk. (documentation will be required) From 2:30p.m -4:00 p.m. immunizations will be given to any East Bridgewater resident over the age of 3 while supplies last.
