HOW DO I APPLY FOR A PASSPORT
The Town Clerk’s office has been designated as a passport agency
You must appear with a long form birth certificate that contains a date of record
and a raised seal, and a valid driver’s license.
Two 2X2 photos are required. Photos can be taken in the Town Clerk’s Office.
FEES: Application fee $75.00
Execution Fee (retained by the Town) $25.00
Photograph Fee (retained by the Town) $10.00
Payment of $75.00 must be made by check made payable
to the U.S. Dept. of State.
Execution fee and photograph fee retained by Town
can be paid by cash or check (made payable to Town of
East Bridgewater) or cash. Total fee $35.00(incl. pictures)
